SNCF Voyages

SNCF used K-STUDIO to train 3,000 agents in the new version of the Gestes de Maintenance de l'Agent en Technicentre (GMAT) application. Eight interactive modules accessible on PCs and Android tablets were created, enabling agents to train and self-assess their skills at any time.

Context

SNCF voyages was faced with a major new version upgrade of its Gestes de Maintenance de l'Agent en Technicentre (GMAT) business application. This business application is used by 3,000 SNCF agents, and is accessible both on PC and on the move.

Objectives

The SNCF's objectives: to provide GMAT training for its agents. Recommended by CGI Business Consulting, the SNCF project team chose :

  • interactive training exercises simulated with K-STUDIO.
  • 2 half-day courses:
    • Initial training to cover concepts and simple use cases,
    • Additional training for more in-depth study of complex cases and practice.

Results

8 training contents have been produced for PC and Android tablets.

These lightweight, responsive design modules are available on the K-STUDIO Drive, as stand-alone USB sticks, or can be downloaded locally to Android tablets.
