Context
To meet regulatory obligations and secure the financial function and its players, the French Ministry of Education and Youth (MENJ) has chosen Cegid for its new budgetary, financial and accounting management IT solution: XRP Ultimate.
Among other things, this solution will modernize and harmonize practices in the 8,000 collèges and lycées in France.
Objectives
The use of a school base was ruled out from the outset.
The MENJ wishes to :
- future users learn to use the management tool in real-life situations
- support for users in real-life work situations
The scope of Capgemini' s Change mission is to design and implement two training systems: classroom-based and e-learning.
Solutions
On the advice of Capgemini, MENJ opted for K-STUDIO and K-NOW solutions.
In addition to videos and teaching aids, Capgemini produces 97 case studies with K-STUDIO for face-to-face and e-learning training, and trains 130 national trainers who in turn train local trainers.
Results
Training exercises and case studies for Cegid XRP Ultimate software are online on the MENJ LMS. Managers and accountants can access them independently or as part of dedicated training sessions.
