Context

As part of Projet Nice, the Unified Customer Advisor Portal (PuCC) was to become the heart of the new distribution IS, enabling customers and Crédit Agricole employees to share the same vision.

PuCC was the merger of the banking IS processes of the 39 Caisses Régionales.

Objectives

One of the key factors in the success of this project was the support and skills enhancement provided to employees of the 39 regional mutuals.

Solution

Crédit Agricole has entrusted Knowmore with the production of 250 interactive training contents in the form of guided tours, gamified discoveries and simulated hands-on training exercises.

These training modules have been used for both face-to-face and e-learning training.

Results

IFCAM and Knowmore won the CEGOS Awards for the 1st E-Learning project in the Deployment category.
