Context
Globale one, the program to modernize Allianz's entire information system, is spread over several years.
This program forms the basis for future developments in digital.
Objectives
As part of this project, Allianz decided in 2016 to migrate Allianz Business System, its historical claims management application, from the Windows version to the web version.
Results
A training environment similar to the ABS application in place of a training environment.
With K-STUDIO, Knowmore created 68 simulated exercises reproducing 100% of the behavior of the ABS application on a web browser, to train 7,000 Allianz employees.
